Newborn and Portrait Photographer
I’m Kelly, a natural light newborn and portrait photographer based in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband, Jonathan, for almost 13 years. Together, we have four beautiful children: our two older girls, Neve, 16, and Summer, 14, and our 10-year-old twins, Oliver and Amelia.
Having my first daughter began the most amazing journey of my life—becoming a mummy! This life-changing experience ignited my passion for photography. Capturing the precious moments of my children’s lives inspired me to become a professional photographer.
I specialise in natural light photography, creating authentic and timeless images. My approach is relaxed and unobtrusive, ensuring enjoyable and stress-free sessions. I focus on capturing genuine interactions and emotions, reflecting each family’s unique personality and connection.
As a Lisburn-based photographer, I aim to make my clients feel comfortable and at ease. Whether you’re welcoming a new baby, celebrating a milestone, or simply capturing everyday moments, I’m here to help you preserve those special memories. Let’s create something beautiful together!

Newborn Photography
I specialise in newborn photography. As a mama of four, I know how fast the time goes by and how incredibly precious those newborn images are. I capture those little moments and details which will last a lifetime; whether it be the first smile, those sleepy little faces while they dream or their gorgeous eyes trying to understand the new world they’ve arrived in. As quite the prop addict, I have an abundance of props and accessories here too which we can use during your session! Additionally, if you have something special you would like included in your images, let me know and I will try my absolute best to work it in somewhere! I’ve had everything from handmade blankets, sentimental items like hats/necklaces etc, mountain bike accessories and tyres, motorbike helmets and even a fishing rod to name but a few!
Older Babies Photography
Child portraits are a wonderful opportunity to capture your baby as they grow. For baby photoshoots, one milestone in particular which is a perfect stage to capture is when your little one is sitting confidently unaided, usually around 6-9 months. These “sitter sessions” are full of fun and at a stage when those wee personalities are starting to shine through, they’re often full of giggles too! These are also fabulous sessions to include any siblings too as the bond between baby and sibling at this stage is like no other! When your little one reaches their first birthday, I can capture simple, timeless milestone sessions to celebrate and mark this special occasion.
Kids & Families Photography
Once little ones are properly up on their feet, location shoots out and about are amazing. We can get the whole family involved to create fabulous memories as a family photoshoot! It doesn’t have to be anywhere spectacular as we can create stunning images with the most plain everyday settings although Northern Ireland has so much to offer in terms of beauty spots, parks, forests and beaches which are ideal for your session as everyone is much more relaxed and can have some fun and this will truly shine through in your images creating precious memories for you all!
Pet Photography
Having two cats and a dog of my own, I know your fur babies are truly a part of the family too! Like humans, each pet also has their own characteristics and personality. Together we can decide on whether a studio session or outdoor session may be best for your pet but either way, we will capture some stunning images for you to cherish! Whether it’s the adorable puppy/kitten stage, your pet when they’re “in their prime” or even those wise little grey faces as they grow old, every stage in your pet’s life deserves a truly stunning portrait.
Kelly was so caring and gentle with our little one and nothing was a bother to her. She made us all feel so welcome and the photographs taken during the shoot are not only amazing but the attention to detail is unreal!
